We hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy during this challenging time. Like many others, we are taking the changes one day at a time, and finding joy where possible. The support for one another shown by the local community and in fact, the whole country continues to amaze and inspire us. 

 

We  have been working hard to ensure our clients and staff safety remains our top priority so we have implemented the following measures; 

 

SALON & CLINIC

• The salon has been bleached and sanitized in all areas ready for opening

• All bedding, towels, flannels and soft furnishings have been hot washed

• We will be using disposable liners for treatment chairs and beds 

• All staff will wear a mask, gloves and a protective gown at all times

• We will be sanitising between clients on door handles, furniture, all surfaces and floor

• We will not be providing tea or coffee. However, we can now provide water in a plastic disposable cup

• We are purchasing protective screens to implement at both manicure stations 

• We will be asking all customers to wash their hands upon arrival and before leaving the salon

• All staff will use Thoclor (Anti-Viral, Anti-Bacterial spray) between clients and we will be adopting this measure for client use also, just as we were prior to Lockdown

 

APPOINTMENTS 

• All appointments must be paid for upfront by bank transfer, online booking system or by card upon check-out. We will not be taking cash payments

• We will be limiting contact in the salon by having fewer people in at any one time

• We will ask you not to arrive early for your appointment to ensure the reception area remains safe and properly maintained for everyone 

• We will not be providing magazines for reading material, but you are welcome to bring your own 

 

TREATMENTS 

• For the interim, we will be working on a limited treatment menu to reduce any risk 

• We will not be offering any massage therapy or facials or any electrolysis over ten minutes
